TIPS SHOULD BE STOPPED

Begging is not allowed is Western Countries so why is tipping. The persons who receive the tips are employed and receiving payment for their services from their employers of from their customers. The beggar on the other hand is more often not getting any money and therefore deserving of money if we want to throw it away.

On a package holiday with First Choice, the tour representative in the country of my holiday would always make it a point towards the end of a coach trip to remind us to remember about our wonderful driver who brought us so safely to our destination. The coach was of course a First Choice coach and that is what the driver was employed for .... to drive us to our destination safely. It was a part of his job for which he was being paid by First Choice. It makes you think that the money collected is shared between the driver and the First Choice representative for the trouble she has taken to make the begging announcement! I guess it won't be long before we find begging bowls at the exit of the First Choice planes and an announcement by someone reminding us to...
